  • Kibera House of Friends Hostel — a Kenya volunteer hostel in Nairobi, Kibera
  • Lemek Conservancy Maasai Mara — a partnership with Maasai Mara land owners on wildlife and environment conservation, tourism, and education
  • Second Home Foundation — a durable medical equipment exchange to provide underprivileged families with the medical equipment they need but cannot afford or obtain via other means

  • And many more programs

Journey4YOUth is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that aims to alleviate poverty through sustainability and empowerment. The effort currently works with 33 families and 4 widows in Kaswanga Village, Kenya, to help them take a step out of poverty, provide for their families, and improve the local economy of their village. Journey4YOUth’s founders raise money for their organization by touring the U.S. in a retrofitted school bus that runs on used vegetable oil, playing amazing original music (as heard in the video below) at various venues, and operating their organization largely on the proceeds of their concerts.
